Here’s what people are saying:
I truly enjoyed Julie’s presentation style and appreciated her emphasis on seeing the positive in people and the necessity to enjoy everyday life. We really need to be reminded of these things. The presentation topic was very useful for me in my business and personal life. I realized I tend to be a little bossy. I will be able to apply many of the techniques presented at work and at home. The information presented was both practical and informative. I learned that I need to take a step back to understand why I do what I do. I need to try to put myself first and better express my feelings. In such a short session, Julie was able to nail so many key points and increase my self awareness. I thoroughly enjoyed the audience interaction (i.e. listening to their concerns and emotions). The presenter’s ability to work crowd was impressive. In the future, I will definitely think more before I react. The speaker was excellent. I enjoyed learning more about myself. I will definitely be more aware of how I present myself as to how others perceive me. What I enjoyed the most was that I was able to relate to the different topics with personal issues and will now know how to be calmer in my approach to these situations. What I learned from Julie's presentation is that I need to speak up and take control - negotiate. She has knowledge of self and I enjoyed her presentation. I really enjoyed the presentation and will definitely be more encouraging. I liked the fact that Julie based her discussion on a 12 step principle recovery program.
Today’s presentation taught me that I need to be more careful in how I speak to my staff and co-workers. The presentation helped me understand different dynamics coming into play when dealing with others and reinforced communication concepts I already knew. I truly enjoyed the real-life examples in the presentation. I am going to continue to care for myself daily. I am going to read a book about Emotional Intelligence and share it with my son. I enjoyed the presentation topic and will endeavor to be a better listener and attempt to be more sensitive to others’ feelings. I enjoyed “everything" about Julie's presentation on Emotional Intelligence. I learned that I need to think more about what “I” want to do and seek that “fabulous marriage.” The presentation was extremely informative. I truly enjoyed everything about it. I most enjoyed learning how to get motivated and improve my self-awareness. I am going to try to make changes in my life for the better understanding that change is good – it means we are alive. I thoroughly enjoyed the audience interaction (i.e. listening to their concerns and emotions). I learned that I need to stop, listen and focus on what is being said to me. Then I need to take that information and think before I answer. |
